Privacy policy

Last updated 17 September 2026. This policy covers the Tutor Sprint website at amangupta.f24tech.com and the Tutor Sprint Android app (package com.tutortimep).

Who we are

Tutor Sprint is an exam-prep learning product (videos, notes, quizzes, certificates, coins). Tutor Sprint shows the same service in an Android app. The operator is F24tech. Contact: amanrajlahar@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account: name, email, optional mobile number, city, class, stream, target exam, password hash (if you set one), Google account id (website Google sign-in only).
• Profile photo: only if you upload one.
• Learning: enrollments, lesson progress, quiz answers and scores, certificates, coins, XP, streaks, bookmarks, referrals.
• Payments: order number, course, amount, status. Card or UPI details are handled by Razorpay — we do not store full card numbers.
• Support: messages you send on the contact form.
• Technical: session cookies, IP used with login codes, optional web-push or Android notification token if you turn notifications on.
• Guest play: practice attempts may be stored against a random browser key until you sign in.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use advertising SDKs or track you across other apps for ads.

Android app permissions

Tutor Sprint requests:

• Internet / network: required to load lessons, quizzes, and your account.
• Notifications (optional): only after you tap “Allow phone notifications”. Used for class reminders and account alerts. You can refuse and still use the app.
• Vibration: with those optional notifications.

The app does not read your contacts, location, SMS, call log, or photos unless you pick a profile image yourself.

Why we use data

• Create and sign in to your account (email code or, on the website, Google).
• Deliver courses, save progress, issue certificates, run coins and referrals.
• Take payment for paid courses and prevent fraud.
• Send optional notifications you enable, and reply to support mail.
• Keep the service secure (rate-limiting codes, blocking abuse).

Who we share with

• Hosting: the site is hosted with our hosting provider (currently Hostinger).
• Email: login and deletion codes are sent through our configured mail service.
• Payments: Razorpay when you pay on the website.
• Google: only if you tap “Continue with Google” on the website or in the Android app.
• Law enforcement if required by applicable law.

Public certificate verification shows the name printed on a certificate. After you delete your account that name is replaced with “Deleted account”.

Cookies and local storage

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, plus local storage for theme, language, and optional notification settings. The Android app uses the same cookies inside its secure WebView.

Children

The service is for students aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe we have, email amanrajlahar@gmail.com and we will delete the account.

How long we keep data

Account and learning data stay until you delete the account or we close it for abuse. After a deletion request we erase personal profile data and learning history. We may keep anonymised payment records (order number, amount, status) for tax, accounting, and chargeback rules. Login codes expire in 10 minutes.

Delete your account

You can delete your Tutor Sprint / Tutor Sprint account and associated personal data at any time:

• In the app or website: Profile → Delete account.
• On the web without the app: https://amangupta.f24tech.com/account-deletion

Deletion is permanent. It is not a freeze. Paid course access, coins, and progress are removed. Staff/admin accounts must email amanrajlahar@gmail.com.

Your choices

• Edit name, phone, class, and photo in Profile.
• Skip optional notifications.
• Sign out on shared devices.
• Email us to ask what we hold, or to delete your account if you cannot use the form.

Security

Traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed. Android backups of app data are turned off. No method is perfect; tell us if you suspect misuse of your account.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
